Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what contingency plans his Department has made to ensure that people wanted by the UK criminal justice system can be extradited to the UK in the event that the UK leaves the EU without a deal.

In a No Deal scenario and the absence of access to the European Arrest Warrant, the UK will operate the European Convention on Extradition with EU Member States.
