Question to the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, pursuant to the answer of 22 June 2026 to Question 9331 on DSIT: Buildings, what the percentage HQ office attendance is calculated using the number of unique individual security pass swipes recorded by the access control system in the most recent quarter as a percentage of staff assigned to work in the building multiplied by the number of working days in that month.

The HQ office attendance for 22-26 Whitehall was 44.5% for the months of June, July and August 2026. This includes ICS staff who are co-located with former DSIT.
