To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what steps the Office for Product Safety and Standards is taking to review fireworks regulations.

I have asked the Office for Product Safety and Standards to ensure we have the right evidence on firework safety and to commission new evidence where that is necessary. This will ensure we have a thorough understanding of the issues surrounding the safe sale and use of fireworks.
