Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether all DHSC Arm's Length Bodies reported external EDI expenditure to the Cabinet Office for 2024-25 in line the Cabinet Office EDI expenditure guidance.

The information requested is not held by the Department. Civil Service Arm’s Length Bodies are responsible for managing their external expenditure in line with the Civil Service Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Expenditure Guidance. The guidance only applies to Civil Service organisations.
