Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether since May 2010 her Department has requested any foreign government to carry out surveillance activities that would be unlawful in that government's jurisdiction.

The Home Office and the security and intelligence agencies work closely with international counterparts to tackle threats to the UK. In doing so, full account of our domestic and international legal obligations is taken.
