Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, pursuant to the answer of 25 June 2026, to Question 10084, on DWP: Public Relations, if he will list the names of any (a) public affairs and (b) public relations firms that have been used by the Department and each of its Arm’s Length Bodies since July 2024.

Data on spend relating to PR consultancy hire is not held by the department. The Government Communication Service encourages the prioritisation of low and no cost public relations activities wherever possible.

The Health and Safety Executive, The Pensions Ombudsman and Skills England have not used public affairs or public relations firms since July 2024. Since July 2024, the Money and Pensions Service have used ‘Relations Group’ and The Pensions Regulator have used ‘Four Agency Worldwide Limited.’

The Construction Industry Training Board confirm that the only Public Relations firm they have used since July 2024 is Cavendish Consulting. They have not used a Public Affairs firm.
