Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with reference to her speech entitled, Universal Credit: personal welfare, delivered on 11 January 2019, if she will publish the evidential basis for 60 per cent of payments to couples claiming universal credit are paid into the woman’s bank account.
