Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, when the Government plans to respond to the proposals on licences set down in Clause 23 of the draft Wildlife Bill produced by the Law Commission.

Defra intends to provide a response to the Law Commissions report on wildlife law by late 2016.
