Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many cases relating to contaminated blood were brought against the NHS Litigation Authority in each of the last three years; and how many such cases were successful.

No cases relating to contaminated blood have been brought against the National Health Service under any of the NHS Litigation Authority’s indemnity schemes in the last three years.
