Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many finished hospital admission episodes with a primary diagnosis of asthma there were among people aged (a) under and (b) over 18 in each of the last five years.

The attached table shows finished admission episodes with a primary diagnosis of asthma by age for the years 2008-09 to 2012-13.
