Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what the number and value has been of clinical negligence payments made by the NHS as a result of negligence committed by Vanguard Healthcare.

The NHS Litigation Authority has no record of any claims payments made in connection with negligence incurred by Vanguard Healthcare, nor has it been notified by NHS members of its clinical negligence scheme for trusts of any claims where Vanguard Healthcare has been implicated.
