Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many staff in his Department have more than one member of staff on personal improvement plans.
This question was answered on 29th October 2014
The Department does not centrally maintain fully comprehensive records of all employees who have been placed under performance improvement plans as many of these are dealt with informally.
