All three tenancy deposit schemes are required to submit monthly key performance indicators to the Department for Communities and Local Government in accordance with the Service Concession Agreement. The schemes are also required to provide the Department with annual updates of all their management and financial plans.

In addition the Department holds quarterly monitoring meetings with the schemes at which any performance issues can be discussed. Over the period that the schemes have been in operation their performance has been consistently high.
