Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, by what date (a) new and (b) existing claims to tax credits will end.

Such plans were set out previously in the Written Ministerial Statement by my Rt. Hon Friend, The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions on Monday 13 October 2014.
