Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 21 January 2019 to Question 210719 on Firework: Regulations, what the timescale for that review of evidence is.

Work is already underway to pull together the evidence base, drawing on expertise within the Office for Product Safety and Standards. The timescale will depend upon a number of factors including whether gaps in the evidence are identified and whether it is necessary to commission external research.
