Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if he will raise the carer's allowance.

The level of Carer’s Allowance is considered by the Secretary of State as part of the annual benefit uprating process. The benefit rates for 2015 will be announced in December and will come in to force from April next year.
