Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many people have been (a) arrested, (b) prosecuted and (c) convicted under Paragraph 12 of Schedule 7 the Terrorism Act 2000 in each year since 2010.

It is not possible to be arrested, prosecuted and convicted under paragraph 12 of Schedule 7 to the Terrorism Act 2000. Paragraph 12 requires a ship or aircraft to call at and leave from a designated port in the UK. Any prosecutions for failing to comply with Paragraph 12 come under Paragraph 18 of Schedule 7.
