Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, what assessment his Department has made of the effect of excessive watching of television on (a) academic attainment and (b) obesity levels.
This question was answered on 11th November 2014
No such assessment has been made. The Department for Education and Department of Health have confirmed that they do not hold this information.
