The publication of material produced as a result of Financial Services Authority (FSA) investigations are a matter for its successor bodies, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA).

The FCA have confirmed that the FSA did not undertake any inquiry into Burges Salmon in 2009. Burges Salmon was investigated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), between 2008 and 2010.
