To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what assessment his Department and its agencies have made of the effect of the Local Government Declaration on Tobacco Control on his Department's Tackling Tobacco Smuggling strategy.

HM Revenue & Customs has made no assessment of the effect of the Local Government Declaration on Tobacco Control on the Tackling Tobacco Smuggling strategy.
