DWP shares information on customers and their partners with third parties only where it is lawful and appropriate to do so. Therefore DWP does not automatically share information about its customers or their partners with anyone. Appropriate claimant details are regularly given to providers delivering services associated with benefit claims, including health assessment and employment programmes.
