Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what estimate he has made of the cost of manual processes for identifying and rectifying system errors in universal credit.

The recent UC at Work publication (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/universal-credit-at-work) sets out how Universal Credit is working and our continued approach to delivering Universal Credit safely and securely, testing and learning from experience, and driving continuous improvement of the service for our claimants, and overall benefit to the taxpayer.
