Question to the Attorney General:
To ask the Attorney General, whether the Serious Fraud Office has concluded any deferred prosecution agreements with any companies charged with fraud or corruption offences.

Deferred prosecution agreements (DPAs) became available to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) on 24 February 2014. To date the SFO has not concluded any DPAs.
