Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, how many and what species of reptiles have been imported to the UK from within the EU for the pet trade that were (a) wild-caught and (b) captive-bred in each year since 2010; and if she will make a statement.

The number of reptiles imported specifically for the pet trade or whether they were wild caught or captive bred is not available.
