M1: Lighting

Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what plans he has to install lighting on further sections of the M1 motorway; and if he will make a statement.
This question was answered on 25th November 2014
The Highways Agency annually assesses what parts of the Network should be lit. The next review will be April 2015. From next year, this will be an automated process using a computer model.
