To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what representations he has received on the effect on the food industry of the Food Information Regulations 2014; and if he will make a statement.

No representations have been received on the effect on the food industry of the Food Information Regulations 2014. The Department worked closely with stakeholders during the negotiations on the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation to ensure that their views were taken into account in the formulation of our policy on the Regulation.
