Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what steps he is taking to prevent the killing of hostages by ISIL.

It is a long-standing British Government policy not to discuss operational details of kidnap cases.
