Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answer of 24 November 2014 to Question 215281, how many financial sanctions have been imposed for failure to achieve 95 per cent compliance with Care Programme follow-up within seven days of discharge.

Information about the number and value of financial sanctions imposed by clinical commissioning groups is not collected or held centrally. It is for individual commissioners to work with service providers to ensure that the terms of the NHS Standard Contract are adhered to.
