Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will take steps to encourage the European Commission to publish greater details on how much revenue it receives and how that revenue is spent.

The European Commission publishes a Financial Report each year which sets out details of the amount of revenue and levels of expenditure in respect of the previous year’s EU Budget.

The latest report, on the 2013 EU Budget, was published in September 2014 and can be found at:
