To ask the Secretary of State for Education, when he plans to review his Department's guidance on behaviour and discipline in schools.

The Department published the behaviour and discipline in schools guidance in 2013; it was last updated in January 2016. It is available at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/behaviour-and-discipline-in-schools. This guidance is regularly reviewed and updated as appropriate.
