To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many people were admitted to hospital with (a) primary and (b) secondary diagnosis of cardiovascular disease as recorded by the Hospital Episodes Statistics database (i) in England and (ii) in each local commissioning organisation in each of the last 10 years.
