Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what the rate of discharge episodes with an (a) primary and (b) secondary diagnosis of high cholestoral as recorded by the Hospital Episodes Statistics database was in (i) England and (ii) each local commissioning organisation area in each of the last 10 years.
