Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many international payments of less than £2 million his Department has made in each financial year from 2010-11 to 2013-14; how many such payments were made to each country receiving such payments; what the value of such payments was in each such year; and what the cost in fees and transactions of each such payment was.

This information would only be available at a disproportionate cost.
