Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many properties sold in (a) Brighton, Kemptown constituency, (b) Brighton and Hove and (c) East Sussex County Council area attracted stamp duty land tax in the last five years for which figures are available.

The number of transactions that fall within the scope of Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) is published annually in September in respect to the previous tax year. This contains data at Parliamentary Constituency and Local Authority level.
