Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, when he plans to publish the responses to the consultation on the transportation of 2014 EU Procurement Directives and training materials for procurement professionals; when he plans to give a date to publish the Government's response to that consultation; and if he will make a statement.

The Government’s consultation on implementing the 2014 EU Procurement Directives took place between 19 September and 17 October 2014. We expect to publish our response early in the new year.
