Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what recent discussions his Department has had with supermarkets as part of the Responsibility Deal.

There are regular and ongoing discussions between Departmental officials and the major high street retailers about the voluntary partnership with industry and others to encourage them to continue to commit to play their part to improve public health.
