Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, when he intends to reply to the letter to him dated 10 November from the right hon. Member for Manchester, Gorton, with regard to Mr P Metcalfe.

On 17 December, my right hon. Friend the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond) replied to the right hon. Member for Manchester, Gorton's letter of 10 November, which was received on 18 November.
