Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, if he will estimate the cost of allocating the funding from primary care trusts to clinical commissioning groups and other organisations.

The change of the funding allocation basis consisted of the development of a target formula for clinical commissioning groups and other organisations, and replaced work that would have otherwise focused on the development of the target formula for primary care trusts. The work was absorbed in existing resources, with no additional cost.
