Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, whether any member of the governing body of the Rushcliffe Clinical Commissioning Group has a financial interest in a private health provider.

This information is not collected centrally. The Health and Social Care Act 2012 sets out clear requirements of clinical commissioning groups to make arrangements in their constitutions for managing conflicts of interest, to ensure the transparency and integrity of their decision-making processes.
