Question to the Department for International Development:

To ask the Secretary of State for International Development, whether income received from returnable investments will be treated as negative overseas development assistance and deducted from that years contribution to the 0.7 per cent aid target.

All UK ODA is reported in line with the OECD’s Statistical Reporting Directives, including any income received.
