Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many patients have been admitted to hospital after taking legal highs in (a) England and (b) each hospital in Kent in the last five years.

Data on drug-related hospital admissions, including admission related to ‘legal highs’, is collected, however, the way that this information is coded does not allow us to break this data down to admissions only due to using ‘legal highs’.
