Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the average weekly cost is of housing an asylum seeker under (a) section 95 and (b) section 4 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.

The information requested is commercially sensitive. The release of this information could prejudice the Home Office’s commercial competiveness if it is decided to re-procure asylum accommodation services.
