To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, how regularly the Insolvency Service reviews its fees.

The Insolvency Service reviews its fees and charges annually. The Insolvency Service is required to set fees to ensure full cost recovery. The last fee increases were made in April 2014.
