Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many and what proportion of people at (a) Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and (b) Nottingham University Hospitals waited more than 18 weeks to start consultant-led treatment for non-urgent conditions in each quarter since 2005.
