To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what assessment he has made of the effect of Citizens Advice Bureaux on their users' capability to repay debts.

The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills is not responsible for funding debt advice. Bureaux deliver face to face debt advice under a contract held between Citizens Advice and the Money Advice Service.
