Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will make an assessment of the effect of COS14 VAT rules on public sector procurement of off the shelf software services.

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) does not hold any data on the purchase of off the shelf software, by the public sector.
