Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, how many households have installed wind turbines in each year since May 2010.

The table below shows the number of domestic wind turbine installations deployed in Great Britain each year since May 2010.

For Northern Ireland, data on wind turbine installations are not available segregated for households.

As at 31 December 2014, there were a total of 4,105 domestic wind turbine installations in Great Britain confirmed on the Central Feed-in Tariff Register.
