Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many people without a QTS qualification or not working towards a QTS qualification were employed as teachers in (a) primary and (b) secondary schools in Blackpool South constituency in (i) January 2015 and (ii) May 2010; and what those numbers represent as a proportion of the total number.
