Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether a bid for the provision of forensic training to the police may be refused due to a company also providing training to foreign nationals from countries either guilty of, accused of, or implicated in, serious human rights abuses; and whether any company has been refused on those grounds.

It is a matter for each contracting Police Authority to determine their evaluation criteria for their procurement of outsourced services.
