Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many people who required a visa to be present in the UK have been found to be without the necessary visa in each year since 2010.

The data in the table below shows the total number of people found and served with an IS151A because they have no lawful basis of stay in the UK. These include illegal entrants or a person subject to administrative removal, including those who have failed to observe a condition of leave to enter or remain in the UK.
